Hello, if you're reading this, I hope you find your soul brother - maybe, just possibly, you never know, I could be he....
I'm looking for my soul sister and lover, who I know exists, to share my life and adventures - but first of all, you must be prepared to come and spend time with me in a beautiful, simple converted barn in the French Pyrenees, where I've lived for 15 years. I guess that counts out 99% of you, but not my soul sister!
I came here because I love the forest and the hills and because I wanted to escape the crazy consumerist culture that exists in most places. If you do come here, you will be stunned, as I still am, by the beauty of nature all around.
As for me, well I'm just a boy... living my life as benignly as I can, with no real plan, trying to be positive, honest, one of the good guys. I'm intelligent, practical, love physical activites, but also reading, music (you want to know my tastes? Radiohead, Faithless, The Doors, Starsailor, Llasa de Sela, St Germain, Radiohead...), lying in the grass, walking in the forest hand in hand with my lover, climbing trees and rocks, cycling, riding my motorcycle through warm dappled sunlight, kissing you.
I try to be un-materialistic and to consume less, but like all boys I have to have a few toys. I have a few good friends, male and female, but I'm not a highly social animal. I believe in total honesty, team work, not complaining, freedom from government and equality for everyone. I can be hard on myself and sometimes on others, but only when there's a worthwhile goal to achieve. I try to be compassionate, have a philosophical outlook and don't take myself too seriously, but there we're getting into the realms of cliché (speaking of which I love animals).
I don't think I will ever return to England to live so you must want to have adventures in foreign lands, with someone like me - or even me myself.
